Built for construction dust and residue
We use HEPA-filtered extraction and high-temperature steam to lift fine plaster and sanding dust from every surface, edge and crevice — including the dust that settles again hours after a standard clean.
Windows, frames, skirting, fixtures, sanitaryware and floors are all detailed so the finish matches the quality of the build.
Single or multi-stage cleans
For larger projects we can work in stages — a rough clean during the build and a full sparkle clean at completion — and coordinate directly with your site manager to hit handover dates.
