Do you charge by the hour or a fixed price?
Both, depending on the job. For simple or recurring cleans we may give a clear time-based estimate. For larger deep cleans and after-builders projects we usually agree a fixed scope and price so there are no surprises.
Why don’t you list set prices online?
Cleaning needs vary enormously between a small office and a full post-construction site. A fixed price list would either overcharge simple jobs or underdeliver on complex ones. Instead we assess your specific needs and give an honest, transparent quote.
